Welcome to my food truck, where every dish tells a story! My name is Alex, and I’m the proud owner and chef behind this mobile kitchen, fueled by a passion for bringing my family’s cherished recipes to life.
Growing up in a bustling kitchen filled with laughter and the irresistible aroma of homemade meals, I learned early on that food is not just about nourishment; it’s about connection, culture, and tradition.
Catering Service Options
Catering orders can be picked up at a specified time. We will have your food hot and ready in disposable serving pans.
If needed, we will supply plastic eating utensils, plates, cups, and napkins.
We set it up, and you take care of everything else. We deliver the food to you in ready-to-serve aluminum pans. We will set up all of the food and paper products where you want them, ready to be eaten.
Not recommended for parties larger than 50 without having several people on your end ready to man the buffet. It’s a lot of food and will require someone to maintain it at the buffet.

For extended serving times of longer than 45 minutes, we recommend chafing racks, trays, and canned heat. These are available for $20 each. Three trays hold six items.
Delivery service is $100. Delivery fees do not include the cost of food or gratuity.
Don’t feel like cooking? Let us do all the work for you. We will bring the food and keep it warm in hot boxes. Then, we will set up and maintain the buffet line keeping the food freshly stocked during the designated serving time, and clean up the buffet after it’s done.

We require a 30-person minimum as well as a $250 catering fee. This includes 2 servers, delivery, set-up, service and, clean up. More servers are needed for larger parties. Additional servers are $100 each. Servers are determined by number of guests, location, and menu. A 20% gratuity fee will be added to all orders.

The on-site catering fee for transportation, chef, runners, servers, truck rental for the day, and equipment starts at $750. 75 guest minimum is required. The total number of guests, location, and menu will determine additional fees. 20% gratuity will be added.
We bring the cookout to you- 4 entrees and 4 sides of your choice coming fresh out of the truck as they run out. Buffet style until it’s gone. We will bring the food based on the amount of people. Anything leftover at the end of the night is yours.
